Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Monitor and document changes in the client's condition or behavior and report to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in personal care, hospice care, group home settings, or long-term care is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and familiarity with care plans is advantageous.
- Ability to assist with meal preparation.
