The Wichita Falls NetBurners are a professional basketball team in the American Basketball Association (ABA), operated by Next Play Nation Inc. We are building a high-level, professional sports organization focused on delivering a major league atmosphere, strong community presence, and consistent growth in attendance, sponsorship, and fan engagement.
We are looking for a Director of Ticket Sales to lead all ticket revenue efforts for the NetBurners. This role is responsible for driving attendance, building sales systems, and creating partnerships that bring fans into the arena every game.
This is not just a sales role, this is a leadership position that directly impacts the energy, atmosphere, and success of the organization.
- Lead all ticket sales efforts including individual, group, and community sales
- Develop and execute strategies to increase game-day attendance
- Build and manage a ticket sales team (interns, reps, street team)
- Create partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations for group outings
- Track and report weekly sales performance
- Work closely with marketing to align promotions and campaigns
- Coordinate ticket distribution through Ticketmaster and internal systems
- Be present at home games to oversee ticket operations and fan experience
- Sales experience preferred (sports, events, or B2C a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently

- $2,000 season stipend
