LPN Long Term Care - Long Term Care Wichita County Health Center is seeking an LPN to plan and manage patient care based on each patient's needs in our Long Term Care Unit. This includes, but is not limited to, recording a patient's medical history accurately, taking and recording measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. and observing patients under treatment to identify progress, side effects of medications.
LPN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm.
