**Distinguishing Features of Work**
The individual in this position will collaborate with professional staff
in ending a persons literal homelessness. This will occur through
engaging with sheltered and unsheltered homeless households in building
rapport, establishing appropriate documentation, and filling out
paperwork, housing unit identification, and assisting with move-ins,
thereby assisting the household in moving from homelessness into
permanent housing. This work may happen anywhere in the community,
including in shelters and in outdoor locations.

Individuals that have personal experience with homelessness are
encouraged to apply.
Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a pre-employment
physical, which includes drug screening, and upon satisfactory
