and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials,

completion of modernization, rehabilitation, and/or new construction
projects.
Administers contracts for project development work, as well as leading
in the selection process. Recommends approval of the work to Director
and Department leadership.
Supervises and assists in the development and submittal of grant
applications. Supervises grant administration, which may be done in
concert with other Department administrative staff.
Oversees teams of consultants and contractors for various projects,
including airside and landside at both airports, and directs projects
from conception to completion.
Coordinates with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors in the
administration of construction contracts and ensures that periodic
on-site progress inspe tions for contract compliance are conducted.
Monitors project budget and schedules to ensure appropriate actions are
implemented to achieve successful project completion and/or grant
compliance.
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders on proposed and
existing projects; meets with focus groups, technical committees, and
public agencies to introduce and discuss project plans, generate
support, and encourage participation by sharing project goals and
purposes.
Compiles and maintains land records, parcel development drawings,
financial records, reports, and various other forms of pertinent
information in an organized and professional manner as mandated by
policy and regulations. Where appropriate, develop internal policies and
procedures for the retention and disposition of records.
Prepares clear, concise, and comprehensive written reports and provides
explanations through the use of plans, drawings, graphics, spreadsheets,
and other communication methods to audiences of varying familiarity.
Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing, including the
