action, helping to ensure our neighborhood pools are safe, fun, and
welcoming for everyone. This entry-level seasonal role is a fantastic
Opportunity To Build Lifesaving Skills, Gain Valuable Work Experience,
and contribute to your communityall while having fun in the sun!
In this role, you\'ll monitor pool areas to prevent hazards, respond
quickly to emergencies, and enforce safety rules. Youll also have a
chance to assist with swim lessons, participate in ongoing lifeguard
training, and learn about basic pool maintenance. It\'s the perfect job
to build your confidence, develop teamwork and leadership skills, and
create positive summer experiences for both you and the patrons you
serve.
If youre 15 or older, love the water, and want to make a difference
while having a blast, Lifeguard 1 is the role for you!
**2026 Important Dates**
Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and candidates will
receive an update on their application status. Candidates who meet the
requirements will be contacted for interviews closer to the anticipated
hiring timeframe, beginning in March.

**Requirements of Work**
- Ability to listen to, read, interpret, and apply instructions
- Ability to lift empty containers weighing up to 50lbs up to a 4 ft
- Ability to lift and move large, sometimes bulky objects weighing up
- Ability to climb steps or ladders
- Ability to move about quickly and stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop or

- Ability to tolerate airborne nuisances associated with open grounds
