Detail Technician

• Previous experience in detailing vehicles
• An attention to detail bordering on perfection
• A willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

• Must be a self-starter, you work well on your own or with others
• Recognizes that they must take full ownership and responsibility for their work and contribution to the company as a whole

Essential Responsibilities

Basic Daily Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for detailing and protection services
• Perform interior and exterior detailing
• Properly use detailing tools, equipment, and products
• Follow established procedures to clean and recondition all vehicle surfaces
• Perform final quality inspections before customer delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area
• Monitor and help maintain detailing supplies and equipment
• Work closely with team members to ensure an efficient workflow
• Learn Wichita Clear Bra's detailing processes, products, and quality standards
• Assist with additional services and responsibilities as training progresses
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and patience
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Ability to maintain confidential customer information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a third-party background check
• Fluent in English

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation

• Starting pay of $16–18 per hour, depending on experience
• PTO after 90 days: 1 week first 3 years; 2 weeks after 3 years.
• Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day)
