Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in assigned areas
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, safely and effectively
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and standards for cleanliness and professionalism
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
