Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caregiver located in Lebanon, Lancaster, York, Harrisburg PA. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client health, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. The role requires adherence to care plans tailored to individual client needs and effective communication with supervisors and client families.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Skills in household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and their families compassionately
- Experience in health monitoring, documentation, and following individualized care plans
- Patience, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
