Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Remote or Hybrid (Wisconsin-based offices available)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Minocqua, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, helping clients manage and overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience providing mental health services.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in client care.
Work Environment
