Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is a growing multidisciplinary private behavioral health practice serving communities throughout Wisconsin through outpatient clinics, school-based services, and statewide telehealth programs. We are seeking a compassionate and visionary Medical Doctor (Psychiatric) who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while helping shape the future of behavioral health services.

This role offers more than a traditional clinical position. As BHC continues to expand, this physician will have the opportunity to develop into a Medical Leadership role, partnering with executive leadership to drive clinical excellence, mentor providers, strengthen quality initiatives, and influence the strategic direction of psychiatric services across our organization.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active Wisconsin medical license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Active or eligible DEA registration
  • Strong commitment to collaborative, evidence-based patient care
  • Interest in clinical leadership, mentorship, and organizational growth preferred

Compensation

Behavioral Health Clinic offers flexible W-2 employment models designed to support physician career goals and work-life balance.

Compensation Options Include

  • Competitive fee-for-service compensation based on experience and productivity
