Responsibilities
Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards. Support the food preparation process by chopping, peeling, measuring, and organizing ingredients efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times to uphold hygiene standards. Help with serving food during meal service times, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Assist with catering setups and special event preparations as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to create a safe working environment for everyone.

Skills
Proven experience in cooking or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong knife skills with the ability to handle various kitchen tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Basic understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Prior restaurant or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced kitchen operations.
