Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. This role involves managing team schedules, supervising operations staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, overseeing the fare management system, and driving continuous improvement through the development and implementation of efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to support smooth business operations
- Lead, support, and manage the operations team, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment
- Handle customer service escalations and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Manage and maintain the fares/tariffs system to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing
- Identify, develop, and implement new operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Continuously assess existing processes and drive ongoing improvements in operational performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned organizational efforts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Solid understanding of customer service principles
- Experience with fare or pricing systems is a plus
- Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
