Full-Time Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be someone committed to making a meaningful impact on the community while fostering long-lasting relationships with clients. Previous driving experience is not a requirement, as we provide comprehensive and on-hand training for those who are passionate and eager to learn. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing their time and responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

· Must be 23 years of age or older

· Valid Wisconsin Drivers License

· Clean Driving Record

Job Responsibility:

· Operating work vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

· Driving for long and short periods of time throughout the Waukesha county and occasionally outside of the Waukesha County.

· Accurately navigate to and from client appointments, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

· Pick up and drop off clients at scheduled medical appointments, aiding as needed.

· Properly load and secure wheelchair clients into vehicles following proper process of wheelchair securement.

· Responsible for collecting payments from clients accordingly to company policies and procedures.

· Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

· Report any vehicle maintenance or operational issues to upper management promptly.

· Maintain vehicles in a clean and organized condition, both inside and out.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00
