WI Paver & Concrete Care is looking for an experienced Hardscape Maintenance Installer to join our growing team. This is NOT an entry-level landscaping position. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on hardscape experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys bringing outdoor living spaces back to life.
Our primary focus is paver restoration, not new installation. We restore existing patios, driveways, walkways, pool decks, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces for residential and commercial customers throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Primary Responsibilities
- Remove, relay, and properly re-level settled or damaged pavers
- Repair trip hazards and restore proper drainage
- Install and compact base materials as needed
- Cut and replace damaged pavers
- Repair and rebuild paver borders and edging
- Perform polymeric sand installation following manufacturer specifications
- Clean pavers using pressure washing equipment
- Apply solvent and water-based sealers
- Repair retaining walls, steps, and hardscape features
- Perform minor concrete and joint repairs
- Operate skid steers, plate compactors, cut-off saws, and other hardscape equipment
- Safely load, unload, and maintain tools and company vehicles
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hardscape installation or restoration experience required
- Experience with paver repair and restoration preferred
- Ability to diagnose settling, drainage, and base failures
- Knowledge of ICPI installation practices is a plus
- Experience operating compact equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all Wisconsin weather conditions
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing high-quality work

Pay: $25.81 - $31.08 per hour
