Job description:
The Account Manager at WATDA Services, Inc. is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with dealership accounts across Wisconsin. This role works closely with the sales and membership teams to support product utilization, manage account activity, and deliver a high-quality customer experience through regular communication, in-person visits, and ongoing service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Membership teams to plan account coverage, dealership visits, and service support
- Manage and grow relationships with existing dealer accounts through regular communication and in-person visits
- Present, recommend, and support WATDA Services products and solutions
- Track and document customer interactions, visits, orders, and follow-ups using internal systems and Office 365
- Oversee account activity including order entry, product sourcing, pricing, proofs, and issue resolution
- Maintain and improve in-dealership inventory, ordering, and fulfillment processes
- Ensure accuracy in all order details, product information, and service documentation
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Maintain a professional presence while working in the field and at events
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Automotive dealership or advertising specialty experience is a plus
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Limited flexible scheduling available
- 1–2 Saturdays per year for trade show events
- Primarily remote and field-based, with one in-office day per week (after initial training)
- Initial in-office training period required (Madison, WI)
Compensation
- $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
