Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Waco, TX, for a Vice President of Operations at Whyte Oak Homes. The Vice President of Operations will oversee operational processes and implement strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Responsibilities will include managing daily operations, overseeing profit and loss (P&L) performance, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, driving strategic planning processes, and leading project management efforts to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including optimizing processes and improving overall efficiency.
- Experience with P&L Management and a demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and drive profitability.
- Strong background in Customer Service, with an emphasis on enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and the ability to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
