About the Position

wHydrate IV Med Spa in Newnan is looking for a friendly, motivated, and outgoing Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

We are seeking someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has a strong background in sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Our Front Desk Coordinators play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience for every client while helping our clinic grow through client engagement, membership sales, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a friendly, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Educate clients on our IV hydration services, injections, memberships, and current promotions.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, services, and retail products.
• Process client transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with client retention and building long-term relationships.
• Support local marketing initiatives, promotional events, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is REQUIRED.
• Previous sales experience is REQUIRED.
• Marketing experience is highly preferred, including social media, promotional campaigns, or community outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, promoting services, and meeting sales goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, or similar setting is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay of $14.00 per hour commission opportunities.
• Part-time position with scheduling based on clinic needs.
• Clinic hours:
• • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday–Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed on major holidays.
