Server Team Member

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers in both Spanish and English
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
• Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale, including processing payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and utensils
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
