Patient Care and Office Manager

Our services at Wholistic Life are expanding in Miami!! We're hiring for a new team-member to help manage client care relationships and office services for our two fast-growing locations. For over 10 years, our practice has served the NYC and Boca Raton communities through a holistic, multi-healing approach and we've opened another new location in Miami Beach!

We're seeking a dedicated team member to support business growth and office operations, someone with an interest in the medical, healthcare, holistic wellness, and chiropractic fields who is enthusiastic about contributing to a variety of responsibilities that drive the growth of our business, and optimize health for our patients providing a seamless and supported healing process for our patients and families.

As Full-Time Patient Care & Office Manager you'll be the first friendly face our patients see and the engine that keeps our practice running smoothly. From essential administrative management such as scheduling and organization to client on-boarding and program development, this role will play a key part in advancing our company goals and ensuring every patient feels cared for from the moment they walk through our door.

What you'll do (responsibilities for 2 office locations)

Maintain patient accounts, documentation, database, communication, and scheduling

-Greet patients, manage appointments and patient program flows on-site, support Chiropractor with tasks in office as requested

-Manage nutritional supplements inventory, product orders, client program plans, and sell packages

-Must be eager to cross-train with focus in new clientele and marketing opportunities

-Coordinate and partner to execute a monthly client event

-Work between our 2 offices (Miami Beach 2 days and Boca Raton 3 days per week, subject to change)

The above responsibilities are not limited and may include other tasks as deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the core functions for our business.

What you'll bring

-Professional and friendly written and verbal communication skills in English, the ability to communicate to a diverse range of people clearly and effectively

-Strong email etiquette, follow up, time management, and an agile mindset

-A proactive, forward thinking, curious, passionate, and customer-service focused individual will thrive in this exciting opportunity!

Qualifications

-Must have a car/ reliable transportation and drivers license

-1 year experience in a customer facing role

-Experience working in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical or similar environment is a plus, not required

Compensation

Range starting at $18 per hour sales commission incentive based on new client conversion and program sales gas mileage reimbursement employee discounts
