Wholesome Senior Living is a small, locally owned assisted living home in Crystal, MN, caring for up to five adults aged 55 and older.
We're looking for a dependable, compassionate, and patient caregiver who takes pride in providing personalized care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
Schedule
Every Thursday & Friday: 7 AM–3 PM
Every other Saturday & Sunday: 7 AM–3 PM
24 hours/week
Applicants must be available for the full rotating schedule.

Responsibilities
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily activities.
Prepare meals and assist residents with dining.
Administer medications and perform delegated care tasks after required training.
Engage residents in activities and meaningful conversations.
Support residents with behavioral challenges, including yelling, frustration, and resistance to care, using patience and redirection.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home.
Observe, document, and communicate changes in residents' conditions.
Qualifications
Required:
Reliable, punctual, and available for the posted schedule.
Comfortable providing hands-on care and working independently as the primary caregiver for up to five residents.
Able to remain calm and professional during challenging behaviors.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to complete required training and background screening.
Able to provide professional references.
Preferred:
Experience as an HHA, CNA, PCA, caregiver, or resident assistant.
Experience supporting older adults with physical, cognitive, or behavioral challenges.
Medication administration or electronic documentation experience.
Compensation
Starting at $18/hour, based on experience.
$250 Sign-On Bonus: Paid after 60 days of employment, subject to eligibility terms provided at hiring and applicable payroll taxes.
