Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Light housekeeping.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to client, fostering a positive environment.
- Help client with mobility and physical activities.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to supervisor.
- Support individual by implementing care plan tailored to unique needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for client.
Experience
- Previous experience in patient care or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and vital sign assessment is advantageous.
- Experience working with individuals with alziehmers/dementia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A background in caregiving roles will be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Car insurance
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required

- Pass state-required background check
- Complete training and attend meetings
