Commercial Tire Technician

Job Overview
As a Commercial Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing tires while providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs using both hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles, including oil changes and alignment services.
• Diagnose issues related to tires and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire services and automotive repair options.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols while handling heavy lifting tasks associated with tire installation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive repair is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive service practices, including tire maintenance and oil changes.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous driving experience
• Must have a valid drivers license and medical card
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening

Forklift experience preferred
