This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Lubbock, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, troubleshooting client issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Performance metrics will include client retention and achieving sales goals.
