Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment based on customer requirements
- Load and unload inventory from delivery trucks
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring items are stored properly
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus but not required)
- Ability to lift and move heavy items 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
