About the role
Large numbers of customers reach out to us to start their kitchen and bathroom renovation journey. Your task is to connect as fast as possible with those customers and offer them the best first impression of our company. In case the customer requests a design of their kitchen, bathroom or other spaces requiring cabinets, the Sales Assistant then hands over the customer to a Designer for continued communication – otherwise there is an opportunity to close the sale immediately.
The main focus of the role is to offer basic information to customers as well as to gather information for the designers to be able to provide a fast and high-level service to those customers. As we are an e-commerce company, all client communication occurs via e-mail or over the phone. All customer requests are inbound so the sales process is friendly and fun as no unsolicited customer contacts are made.
No prior experience is required - training will be provided.

You respect the big investment which our products mean for many of our customers and have a genuine interest in fulfilling their needs. The person we are looking for to fill this role is a flexible people's person and has a great way of making customers feel comfortable with the process, listened to and appreciated.

Of course, you are well versed in the basics of the MS Office suite. You are fluent in English in speech and writing. We have a broad approach to this position and your personality and attitude is the most important part.
