Job Summary
The Office Assistant provides essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires at least one year of cabinetry industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Greet and assist customers and guests visiting the office.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of cabinetry industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with sales order process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of personal accountability and professional responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with design software (e.g., 20/20) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin.

Projected Total Compensation: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
