Who We're Looking For
* RN with 3-5 years experience
* Certified in neurotoxins & dermal fillers
* Strong aesthetic eye (natural, balanced results)
* Confident in consultation patient relationships
* Is excited by wellness, regenerative medicine innovation
* Salary: hourly base OR hourly base with commission on services
based on experience
Duties
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments, explaining procedures clearly, and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
- Manage client appointments efficiently using clinic software
- Provide personalized skincare consultations, product demos, and recommendations to promote/enhance client results.
- Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and managing guest services with professionalism.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share success stories, and engage with clients online to boost visibility and client loyalty.
- Educate clients on treatment options
Experience
- RN with 3-5 years experience
- Certified in neurotoxins & dermal fillers
- Strong aesthetic eye (natural, balanced results)
- Confident in consultation and patient relationships
- Interest in wellness, regenerative medicine, and advanced technologies
- BONUS EXPERIENCE (Not Required)
- RF microneedling, laser or ultrasound devices
- PRF/ biostimulators
- Knowledge of laser physics
