Whole Wellness Services provides outpatient, holistic mental health and wellness services as well as medication management services to individuals, families, groups, and couples in the Monroe County Area, treating a generally high functioning population at the lowest level of intervention.

This job may involve partial telehealth work, but applicants must reside in Rochester, NY or surrounding areas. W2 Hourly, Salaried, & 1099 Contract positions available per candidates preferences.

Responsibilities:

As a primary therapist with WWS, you will provide high quality, holistic, solution focused treatment planning and implementation to individuals, couples, and families. Therapist to provide 50 minute counseling sessions as scheduled and act as primary provider for ongoing care at the lowest level of intervention with a high functioning population. The applicant must have experience working with children & teens.

Very little clerical work/case management is required as we are a private-pay provider with a designated billing employee, intake staff, etc. and treat a generally high functioning population. Insurance companies do not dictate our processes or documentation requirements.

This position offers 25 to 40 hours guaranteed per week with opportunity to grow to full time immediately if desired. You will not be responsible for seeking out your own referrals or completing intakes, as our support staff is here to allow you to focus on what matters to you most: providing therapy!

Collaboration is important to us as a multi-speciality team which includes wellness professionals and prescribers and although clinicians work rather independently, you will never feel alone with management, support staff, and colleagues at your disposal to help you problem solve.

Requirements:

• Seeking a skilled and motivated therapist to act as a primary provider in a holistic and solution focused care based, supportive environment.
• Experience working with young children, adolescents & teens.
• Position is at times highly independent and will require a therapist with excellent clinical judgement and case load management skills.
• Clinical experience working with mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression required.
• Experience with eating disorders, family systems, children's issues, stress, ADHD, group facilitation, and trauma a plus. Adjunct holistic health training or interests preferred.
• Flexible, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn/adapt to our population and treatment umbrella a must.
• Those who have experience with couples or eating concerns will be given special consideration, as well as those certified in trauma, DBT, or CBT, sexual issues, or with dual certification in another wellness field.
• 8-10 hours weekly availability of hours outside of typical 9-5pm schedule, as our population are mostly employed professionals.
• Must attend once monthly 60 minute all-staff meeting, even if outside of regularly scheduled hours.
• Master's Degree 1 year clinical experience (Some internship acceptable) Clinicial Social Workers, Doctoral Clinicians, Marriage & Family Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, Art Therapists, Wellness professionals welcome to apply. We are unable to employ social workers without their C credential at this time.

Additional Information

Doctoral level clinician & prescriber pay scale differ from therapist pay scale and range. Pre-licensed versus licensed pay scales also differ.
