Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Midland, MI for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). In this role, you will provide direct therapeutic services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management for clients with various mental health needs. You will actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic treatment and provide support to clients navigating their mental health goals. Documentation and adherence to clinical and organizational protocols are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential in the state of Michigan
• Strong clinical knowledge and practical experience providing individual and group therapy
• Proficiency in case management and mental health assessments
• Skills in client-centered care, active listening, and empathetic communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations
• Experience in trauma-informed care or working with conditions such as anxiety and depression is preferred
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
