About the Role
We are looking for a Production Floater / Utility Operator—a key role on our production floor responsible for supporting multiple departments and stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
This role requires someone who is dependable, flexible, and comfortable taking on different responsibilities throughout the day. It’s best suited for individuals who prefer variety over routine
This is not a typical, stationary production role. This position is ideal for someone who:

You will be trained across multiple departments and will move between roles based on daily production needs.
What You’ll Do
- Work across multiple production areas, including:
- Bagging and packaging
- Case packing
- Shipping and order fulfillment
- Freeze drying support
- Treat production
- Cleaning and sanitation
- Step into roles as needed to cover callouts, staffing gaps, or production bottlenecks
- Help maintain production flow and efficiency across the facility
- Assist with training new team members when needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and food handling procedures

- Ability to learn multiple tasks and switch between them easily
