Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving.
- A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
