Job Overview: We are seeking a Pastry Production Team Member with experience in lamination, basic batter preparation, and baking abilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, work well under pressure, and be a positive and collaborative team player. Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various pastries, including laminated doughs (croissants, puff pastries).
- Prepare basic batters for cakes, muffins, and other baked goods.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment with care and precision.
- Ensure all baked goods meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work closely with the head baker and other team members to support daily production needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pastry work, specifically with lamination and batter preparation.
- Basic knowledge of baking principles and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in product quality.
- Good communication skills; Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued.
