Here at Whole Child Occupational Therapy, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! This role includes providing occupational therapy services to children, in homes, at local schools and in our Windsor clinic.

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions tailored to each child's needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, psychologists, case managers) to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate families and school staff on strategies to support children’s independence and well-being
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid California OT license and NBCOT certification
- Experience working with children (ages 0-3 and/or school-based) preferred—training provided if needed
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of best practices, laws, and regulations in pediatric occupational therapy
