Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in food production. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, coordinating with event teams, and optimizing workflow to deliver top-tier catering services.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and presentation.

Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of performance and teamwork.

Maintain food quality and consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards.

Develop and implement efficient kitchen processes to meet event deadlines.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Monitor inventory levels and manage food purchasing to control costs and minimize waste.

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.

Work closely with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of catering services.

Troubleshoot any kitchen-related issues that arise during preparation or events.

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role in a catering or high-volume kitchen environment.
