Schedule: Part - Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM - 2 week rotation: Week 1 Tuesday and Week 2 Thursday

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
- Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans
- Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
- Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
Requirements
- Valid Ohio LPN license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- A professional who understands how to approach others in a respectful manner and reacts well under pressure
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
