Key Responsibilities: Affordable Housing Management: Oversee and coordinate all affordable housing transactions, including ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.Recertification & Compliance: Mandatory annual recertification of residents, including gathering and verifying income and asset documentation.Tenant Relations: Actively attract and educate new tenants, and proactively investigate and resolve tenant complaints with professionalism and tact.Operations & Maintenance: Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely and efficient manner.Staff Leadership: Supervise and train property staff, fostering a productive and team-oriented environment.Rule Enforcement: Consistently enforce property and association rules and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in property management or a closely related field.Strong familiarity with affordable housing regulations is a major plus.Knowledge of real estate contracts and leases.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport with tenants.Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously with little supervision.
