We are looking for someone who is committed to providing safe, clean, and affordable housing while treating residents with dignity and respect. We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our properties are well maintained and residents receive excellent service who can:- Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner- Perform preventative maintenance (filters, caulking, painting, etc.)- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances- Ensure property grounds are clean, safe, and presentable- Assist with inspections and vendor coordinationGeneral maintenance skills and mechanical aptitude- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies- Experience in apartment/community maintenance preferred- Some Tools required
Salary : $19 - $23
