$30.00/hr – Bachelor’s Degree
$25.00/hr – Associate’s Degree
Organizational Relationship
or Line of Authority:
Directly responsible to the Bridge Coordintor and Director of Title 1.
Statement of Duties:
- Responsible for instructional and general duties as indicated by the Bridge Program Coordinator.
- Works with students in a small group setting as needed.
- privides support to student's individual needs.
- Maintains a record of assinments completed by students.
Qualifications:
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education required.
- Knowledge of middle school philosophy, organization, and curriculum.
- Understanding of the middle school student and his/her early adolescent needs.
- Knowledge of recommended middle school instructional practices.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Enjoys working with middle school students.
