Job Title: Retail Store Associate
Salary Range: $15-17
Summary: Responsible for working closely with the retail store manager to accomplish the daily operations of the retail store, assuring quality customer service while maximizing daily sales. Store Associates will also be responsible for assisting in the kitchen as needed.
Reports To: Retail Store Manager and Farm President
Qualifications:
● Prior work experience preferred but not required
● Safely operate store and kitchen equipment
● Knowledge of safety programs and procedures
● High School Diploma/equivalent or a work permit validated by the candidate’s school system
● Excellent English communication and math skills required
● Must have excellent customer service skills
Essential Functions:
● Responsible for performing the daily tasks of the retail store as outlined in the store manual.
● Responsible for efficiently completing additional tasks assigned by the retail store manager on occasion.
● Responsible for assisting with special events which may include longer shifts or additional job tasks
● Responsible for maintaining necessary reports and records as specified in the store manual
● Assist in the kitchen which includes operation of and exposure to various kitchen equipment and tools such as but not limited to commercial mixer, hot surfaces, etc.
● Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment
● Responsible for assisting in general maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
● Assist in daily operations

● Work requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching,

● Must frequently lift and/or move up to 65 pounds and be able to complete the physical demands of the position
Hours:
● Part-time hours vary based on the season between the hours of 8am-6pm, with Saturdays and some holidays
● Variable hours based on the cropping season and weather conditions
