We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator to support our Berkeley, Illinois manufacturing, and warehousing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance and facilities activities by coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance programs, and parts inventory in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, and is comfortable working within systems to drive efficiency, accuracy, and follow-through. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting operational reliability and continuous improvement by enabling the maintenance team to execute effectively and maintain high standards of safety, organization, and performance.
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in years of experience in an administrative, maintenance support, or coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Working knowledge of maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, and inventory management practices preferred

- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry, documentation, and inventory tracking

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OTHER DETAILS
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Typical work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.– 3:30 p.m. with occasional overtime.
