Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take on an important role in a fast-paced warehouse setting? We’re looking for a reliable Freezer Warehouse Associates to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly!
What You’ll Do:
- Receiving & Stocking: Receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring all counts match the receiving paperwork. Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Internal Support: Deliver requested supplies to internal departments directly from the Freezer, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Inventory Control: Review requisitions for proper codes and approval signatures, ensuring all paperwork is correct. Maintain stock in the Freezer, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and checking inventory levels.
- Stock Maintenance: Regularly monitor Freezer shelves for outdated or damaged supplies, and ensure proper product storage.
- Clean & Safe Work Area: Maintain a clean, organized work environment, ensuring the area is free from debris and any signs of pest activity.
- Accurate Paperwork: Complete all related paperwork neatly and on time, ensuring accuracy with stock, requisitions, and deliveries.
- Measure & Store: Accurately measure requisitioned products according to need, return unused stock to the appropriate storage locations, and ensure proper storage protocols are followed.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience
- Prior warehouse, food production, fulfillment, or related experience preferred; will train the right candidate
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory tracking, or order management software a plus
- Previous experience in a food service, manufacturing, or cold storage environment preferred
Certifications
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Forklift or pallet jack certification a plus
Other Qualifications
- Ability to read, follow, and accurately execute written work orders, pick lists, and shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including early mornings as required by operational schedule

Physical Demands of the Job

While performing the duties of this role, the Team Member is required to stand and walk for the majority of the workday. The role requires the frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, pick, pack, and operate material handling equipment. The Team Member must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly; lifting while turning side to side may be required. The role involves regular movement in and out of storerooms, refrigerated and frozen storage areas, and near heavy machinery and warehouse equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This position may require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on the operational schedule.
Work Environment
Work is performed primarily in a warehouse, packing, and cold storage environment. The Team Member will be regularly exposed to varying temperatures due to cooking, refrigeration, and freezer equipment, as well as moderate to loud noise levels during operational hours. The employee will work closely with warehouse coordinators, fellow team members, and operations staff.
