Schedule: Flexible shifts, 15–25 hrs/week, evenings, weekends & some holidays

Whit's Frozen Custard is opening its newest location in the heart of Siesta Key Village this July, and we're building our founding team. We're a family-owned franchise serving fresh, daily-made frozen custard, steps from the #1 beach in America. Our mission is simple: a delicious product and friendly, customer-first service, every time. Join us from day one and help launch something the island's going to love.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a smile, offer samples, and help them navigate the menu
• Serve custard and build sundaes, Whitsers, shakes, floats, and cones with speed and care
• Run the register, handle cash accurately, and count change back
• Keep the shop spotless: wipe counters and tables, sweep and mop, clean glass and windows, empty trash, and restock napkins, cups, spoons, and toppings
• Stock and face the quart freezer, soda cooler, and topping cabinet
• Learn every station: we cross-train everyone on register, order creation, and the line

What We’re Looking For

• 16 or older
• Available evenings and weekends (our busiest times)
• Reliable, punctual, and positive: attitude is everything here
• Comfortable staying on your feet and busy during a fast summer rush
• Willing to meet our clean, presentable appearance standards: clean Whit's shirt, closed-toe shoes, hair pulled back, etc.
• No experience needed: we train everything
