Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marine and ATV Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive high-end sales of boats, personal watercraft, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and related accessories by engaging with customers both in-person and through outbound outreach. Duties
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, including cold calling and B2B sales strategies.
- Engage customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to promote high-end marine and ATV products, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain features, and upsell accessories or additional services to maximize sales opportunities for customers and marketing purposes.
- Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with the dealership team on inventory control, and assist in ordering of inventory.
- Provide ongoing sales support by assisting with dealership operations, public speaking engagements, and promotional events.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new clients through photos, videos, and social media content.
Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end products such as boats or ATVs.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in dealership environments or with inventory control is preferred.
- Outstanding phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and customer service orientation to foster positive relationships.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
