Whitney Pension Associates, Inc. assists employers in the design, implementation, administration and communication of a wide range of retirement plans. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and must demonstrate follow through on commitments with the ability to efficiently handle a variety of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, compliance testing software, government tax form software, and retirement plan administration & recordkeeping software
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and complete tasks by meeting timelines and goals
- Will train on the various stages of retirement plan administration
- Other duties as assigned
