Position Overview
We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, professional, energetic, and passionate about helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and effective Pilates classes and/or private sessions.
- Provide instruction appropriate to clients' individual fitness levels and abilities.
- Demonstrate proper Pilates techniques and ensure clients maintain proper form.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and positive environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area.
- Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
- Follow all applicable safety and facility guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current Pilates instructor certification is required.
- 2 years of Pilates instruction experience required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduled sessions.
Independent Contractor
This is an independent contractor position. The instructor will be responsible for maintaining their required certifications, licenses, insurance.
Compensation: $40/per class
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
