The Service Coordinator position does quotes and orders for specific territories and acts as liaison between manufacturer and customer for service-related equipment. This position works closely with Shop Manager, Outside Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Manufacturers, Customers, Project Management, and Accounting.
Key Duties And Essential Functions
- Primary contact for Outside sales and Aftermarket in assigned territory, may occasionally be asked to work outside of assigned territory as needed
- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
- Proactively update customers on repair status
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support and addressing concerns
- Prepare service quotes for customers and update CRM
- Sales order and Purchase order management
- Attend periodic training and meetings as required (some travel required)
- Assist preparing customer required paperwork and materials
- Track progress of shop repairs in CRM and coordinate with Shop Technicians and Service Scheduler i
- Attend and provide quote and sales numbers for Inside Sales Meeting
- Work with Shop Manager to monitor and maintain inventory
- Warranty processing and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with CRM Software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow
- Detail oriented
- Active listener
- 3-5 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Customer-facing role
- Math Skills with Percentages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
