Hiring teachers for NEW public charter school in Florence, Oregon: Whitmore Classical Academy
• Salary Range: $51,000-77,000

• Teachers must hold (or be able to get) an active Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) license or an Oregon TSPC charter school registry.
• Training in Classical Education and curriculum for 3 weeks before school starts
• Hands-on Instructional Principal who will be in the classroom supporting and evaluating
• 4-day instructional week-Friday flex schedule
• Opening grades K-3 for Fall 2026 and then expanding each year until complete at K-8
• Strong commitment to helping each student reach grade level and above
