The Senior Financial Coordinator of Health System Services serves to coordinate all day-to-day operations and project manage all deadlines and projects. The coordination will include all entities of the system which includes the Whitman-Walker Institute and Foundation. The coordination would also include building long-lasting community partnerships and managing the Whitman-Walker Health System real-estate portfolio. The Senior financial coordinator ensures that all Whitman-Walker Health System assets, initiatives, and community partnerships align with the organization’s mission and goals.

Coordination of all reporting
- Collaborate with the Whitman-Walker Health System CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategies that support healthcare services, real estate management, and community partnership initiatives in surrounding areas where the Whitman-Walker Health System and affiliatesoperate.
- Build and sustain community partnerships to promote positive health initiatives, address healthcare needs, and foster goodwill with local organizations, governments, and community groups.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery andoptimizefacility capacity to see as many research participants as possible.
- Track and report progress on healthcare, real estate, and community initiatives, ensuringtimelycompletion and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Maintain all Human Resources notification to staff andmonitoruse
- Manage all payroll reports

- Develop andmaintainstrategic relationships with local community organizations, government agencies, healthcare providers, and public health partners.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders toidentifyand address the healthcare needs of underserved populations in Wards 7 & 8.
- Represent the organization at community events, public forums, and meetings with government officials to build and strengthen partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, Whitman-Walker Health System leaders, and community partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
- Manage internal communications to ensure that both clinical and administrative teams understand the executive team’s goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with communications and external relations teams to communicate the organization’s healthcare and community initiatives to the public.
- Excellentcommunication skills, in person, in writing and via telephone to diverse audiences such as patients, clients, other employees and Board members.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, complex work environment with competing priorities.

- Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
- Must be proficient with Microsoft calendar. Willbe responsible forall scheduling for the CEO
