Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify product specifications.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings to ensure accurate quality assessments aligned with design intent.
- Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Utilize comparator and other advanced measurement tools for defect detection and quality verification.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, recording findings accurately for traceability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality systems such as QA/QC processes.
- Proficiency with measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Strong analysis skills for identifying defects, trends, or deviations from quality standards in production data.
- Familiarity with calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments and conducting quality audits.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
